二月十二：论便秘的养成

发现每天拍一张照片比一周写三次日记要容易得多。拍照片需要挤出3分钟用脑子，咔嚓一下就完了。写日记得绞脑绞很长时间憋文字，久而久之成了心病，就更加困难。
